Too often, people assume that being gay somehow means we cannot compete at the same level as everyone else. The truth is, talent, dedication, and determination have no sexual orientation. LGBT athletes not only compete alongside the best, we excel, break records, win championships, and continue to prove that excellence comes in every identity.
