Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can either contact us at info@7Eclothing.com or you can submit your own return by using our self-return system. Click this link and sign into your account and follow the instructions. You'll then receive a shipping label to send back your items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We only process exchanges if your item is defective or if there was an error made by Seven Even Clothing. If you need to make an exchange, clink this link to submit your return and you'll receive a return label to ship back the item(s). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. This process can take between 3- 5 business days or longer depending on your financial institution.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your tracking number noted your package as delivered. Anything that's being returned must not have been worn, washed or damaged. If we feel that they have been, the items will be returned to you at your expense, and you will not receive a refund. We know that items are tried on, etc. Basically, don't wear or use the products for some time and then return them. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check with your financial institution as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Received Damaged Items
If your purchase has been received damaged due to mailing, Seven Even Clothing is not responsible as this was an error made by the United States Postal Service. Please visit your local post office and provide them with the shipping information that we provided you. In addition, be sure to bring the damaged items in the box that it was delivered in. All fragile products are labeled, 'Glass Handle with Care' for shipping and packaged appropriately to avoid damage. Please visit www.usps.com to locate your nearest postal office.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
